The types of therapy are:
Online/virtual therapeutic sessions
Online/virtual therapeutic sessions are delivered online.
Why should I choose virtual therapeutic sessions?
These are beneficial for anyone looking for emotional therapeutic support but do not require therapy as such. It may be that 1 session is sufficient or a number of short term sessions are only required. The benefit of this service is that you can be located anywhere as long as you can access the internet, you can receive the support you require. Creative mediums will be used to support the process.
Examples of who this can help?
This can benefit your child or young person in navigating those difficult emotions.
How many sessions will I need?
This is dependent on the process. It may be that one session is sufficient or a short term number of sessions are required such as 4.
